Useful device information

Simply press and hold the power button until the Status LED lights up. Your device will automatically begin its boot sequence and be ready to use shortly after.

Once activated, the Status LED will indicate the device is on. Ensure that it has a full charge, the Alarm LED is not lit, and that it has successfully connected to your tracking platform. Once you've confirmed these steps, the device is ready to be placed in your shipment.

The SP-03 can monitor temperatures from -20°C to +60°C and humidity levels up to 90% (non-condensing) with high accuracy.

As a single-use device, the SP-03 Tracker comes fully charged and ready to deploy. There’s no need for initial charging, so you can place it directly into your shipment upon receipt. Just activate it, and it's set to track your shipment from the moment it leaves the facility to its final destination.

The device has a standby time of up to 100 days, thanks to its 4400mAh lithium battery. Actual battery life will depend on usage patterns and environmental conditions.

The tracker should be placed in a secure position where it has minimal risk of damage. If tracking temperature or light exposure, position it where it will best capture the conditions your goods are exposed to, typically near the center of the container or shipment.

The device is not intended for external placement and should be placed inside the shipping container. It’s designed to track the internal conditions of the shipment and could be damaged or lost if placed outside.

Yes, the tracker is designed to transmit through and around common shipping materials. However, for optimal signal strength, it's best to place it near the top of a stack if possible.

The device can be placed loosely among your goods, or securely attached if there’s a risk of movement during transit. If securing the device, use non-metallic fasteners to avoid interference with signal transmission.
